Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 03/12/2025

This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use our online radio service (the "Service"). It explains your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

1. Information We Collect and Its Use

Our application is designed with a privacy-focused approach. We do not request or collect personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email, phone number, or precise location data. There is no user registration or account creation.

For the Service to function properly, certain technical data is automatically processed:

  • Connection Data for Streaming: When you tune into our radio, our audio server temporarily receives technical data necessary to establish and maintain the connection, such as your IP address, device type, and operating system. This data is used solely for technical, diagnostic, and security purposes and is not used to create user profiles or for personal identification.
  • Token for Notifications: If you enable push notifications in the application, we use the Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) service to manage deliveries. FCM assigns a unique token to your device. This token is a technical identifier that allows us to send generic notifications (for example, about new programs, special events, or app updates) to your device. We do not link this token to your personal identity or any other data. You can disable notifications at any time from your device's settings.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

We employ third-party companies to facilitate technical aspects of our Service ("Providers"). These Providers have access only to the data strictly necessary to perform the tasks we have entrusted to them and are contractually obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

  • Infrastructure and Streaming Services: We use audio hosting and streaming services to provide the online radio stream.
  • Notification Service: We use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). You can review Google's privacy policy here: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

3. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the processed information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Links to Other Sites

Our application may contain links to external sites, such as social networks associated with the radio. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intentionally directed at children under 13 years of age. As we do not actively collect personally identifiable information, if we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with data without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our technical records.

6. Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR/CCPA and others)

Depending on your place of residence, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data. Since our processing is limited to technical data not directly identifiable and we do not maintain user databases, the exercise of certain rights (such as access, portability, or rectification) may not be applicable in the traditional sense. However, you can always:

  • Disable push notifications in your device settings.
  • Uninstall the application, which will remove the notification token associated with your device.
  • Contact us to inquire about data processing.

For residents in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or California, this policy complies with the transparency principles required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not "sell" or "share" personal data for commercial purposes.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
